A message from Pastor Kris Bagley:
As we all work to navigate life together in 2021, I am writing to let you know of some social distancing changes that will take place, starting this Sunday, April 11.
Masks are now optional during worship and gatherings at Dayspring.
This was a decision that Church Council and I prayed through and unanimously decided that now is the time to take these steps. Several things informed this process along with data, current covid trends, vaccine availability and the desire to faithfully witness to families throughout our area.
I also want to share with you that our friends at Kinsey’s Pharmacy have 200 doses of the Johnson and Johnson vaccine available today and this week. If you’re considering being vaccinated, I encourage you to give them a call to set an appointment or seek out availability through other means.
As you continue to make the best decisions for you and your family, I ask that you please respect those who choose differently than you do. The love we show to each other is a great testimony to what truly unites us – the worship of the risen Son of God, Jesus Christ. When we love one another through our differences, God is glorified.
Please join us in praying for Dayspring and for our entire area as we emerge together into what feels like a new world with new unknowns.
I commit to you that we will continue to monitor data regarding COVID-19 and make prayer-filled decisions for our community. We will notify you if we find the need to adapt or change any of our practices moving forward.
We will also continue our outdoor worship services at 9:30 in our new pavilion and stream both 9:30 and 11 services.
Thank you for your faithfulness and for actively working to feed our love-starved culture by empowering Christ-filled lives!
