Strong

Beginning January 27/28, Strong Groups will meet weekly for an hour on Wednesdays and Thursdays. All ages and fitness levels are welcome! Each week, we discuss two questions: 1) Where have you seen God lately?, and 2) How can we pray this week? Then, we either lift heavy things, or sweat a little, depending. All Strong participants will need to fill out The Box Physical Activity Waiver.
